Last night Scavo staff celebrated with the families and students of the class of 2016. Over 200 people joined us for dinner and an awards ceremony. It was a special night for everyone. Click the link to view photos from the celebration. Scavo Flickr

The day the class of 2016 has been waiting for has finally arrived, its graduation day. The graduation ceremony will take place at Hoyt Sherman Place starting at 10 AM on Friday May 27th. All participating students need to be there no later than 9 AM to pick up their cap and gown.

All graduating seniors and their family are invited to join the Scavo staff Wednesday night from 6-8pm. A catered meal will be provided then everyone will transition to the auditorium for awards celebration.  It is a great time to reflect on your journey and celebrate with family and friends.

Scavo High School has adopted part of Ingersoll and Grand Ave. As part of the Earth Day celebrations, Scavo picked up trash along Ingersoll and Grand Ave. The students and staff collected over 630 lbs of trash and recycling.

Last week, Scavo held a 3 on 3 basketball tournament. The winning team was: Alston Edwards, Nicquan Jones and Carlmain Lottie-Harris.
